Terms of Service
These terms govern use of Zapcall, a service of Alfonso Solutions Inc. ("we", "us"). By using Zapcall you agree to these terms.
The service
Zapcall provides call tracking and routing, lead follow-up automation, review management, and Google Business Profile management for businesses. The service is currently offered in a limited-access program; features may change as it develops.
Your account
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide and for activity under your account.
- You must have the authority to connect any phone number, lead channel, or Google Business Profile you link to Zapcall.
- You may disconnect integrations or close your account at any time by contacting support@zapcall.ai.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful use, including violations of telemarketing, recording-consent, or anti-spam laws applicable to your business.
- No use of the service to publish content that violates Google's Business Profile policies or any platform's terms.
- No attempts to access other customers' data or to disrupt the service.
Third-party services
Zapcall integrates with third-party services, including Google Business Profile and telephony carriers. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms. Google Business Profile access is granted by you through Google's consent screen and can be revoked by you at any time.
Content and data
You retain all rights to your business data. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service — for example, to store call logs, transmit messages you send, and publish the review replies and posts made on your behalf. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, that every call will be delivered, or any particular business outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination we will, on request, delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
